KUALA LUMPUR: Moments after a shouting match earlier, there was another tense moment in Parliament when MPs across the divide started trading barbs again after an Opposition leader claimed DAP demanded state land in Kelantan.

The Malaysian Athletics Federation selection panel today picked the 20-year-old to go for his Olympic debut in Paris over track queen Shereen Samson Vallabouy.Azeem is currently Malaysia's fastest man in 100m and holds the national record of 10.09s clocked two years ago.However, Azeem has been struggling to go under 10.3s in the 100m in recent months.

Malaysia received the wildcard after both the athletes failed to make the cut for the Olympics in their respective events at the end of qualification and ranking period.
