Tim Bailey, vice president of global business and operations of Red Date Tech, said a foreign tech company that will implement a project outside its head office must study and learn the local conditions to ensure a smooth implementation. “They know nothing about the Filipino healthcare system. So I think Robert is exactly right, which is, you know, what we do from an infrastructure perspective is very transportable, because it’s not culture or ecosystem specific, but at the application level, that’s really important,” Bailey explained.
