Peter Jackson the Jeweller is celebrating 40 years of trading in Preston.The family business kicked off a year of ruby anniversary celebrations by inviting 40 special guests to a banquet at Samlesbury Hall.
Also around the table were eight of the jewellery firm’s team with a total of 176 years’ service between them.Michelin Star chef Nigel Haworth created a six-course meal, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. Guests were seated in the Grand Hall at a candle-lit table decorated with ruby red roses.
