Tether, the issuer of the USDT stablecoin, said it was conducting a chain swap to move 1 billion USDT from Solana to Ethereum.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has started administrative proceedings against Wyoming-based American CryptoFed to weigh a stop order to suspend the registration of the offer and sale of two different tokens.
