AntPool won't maintain client assets on Ethereum after The Merge amid 'risk of censorship'

AntPool said it will stop maintaining clients’ assets on Ethereum after the blockchain transitions to proof-of-stake. The firm said it will cease maintenance of individual client assets mainly due to “risk of censorship.

Who would have thought - a company producing mining hardware does not support a switch to PoS.

This is a problem that needs to be fixed, for sure. But be honest.. if regulators asks miners to block some transactions, they won't have a choice to do it, or leave the country.
