A break and close above the 20-day EMA could clear the path for a possible rally to $0.28. Conversely, if the price turns down from the current level, the bears will attempt to pull the pair below $0.16. So far bitcoin is trying to get close to $40k, but it's not doing well. Hopefully things will change and it will finally start to rise
